What can I expect from the event?
BuzzAttack! is an immersive game inspired by classic TV game shows. Participants form teams of 1 to 2 people and compete in a vibrant set that simulates a retro studio, complete with podiums, lights, and screens. Guided by a charismatic artificial intelligence, players go through five games full of humor, strategy, and pop culture. As they progress, they accumulate points, face unexpected challenges, and enjoy a unique experience designed for laughing, collaborating, and getting caught up in the excitement of the show. Ideal for families, friends, or work teams, BuzzAttack! promises an hour of fast-paced fun unlike anything you've experienced before.
Where does the experience take place?
The venue is located at the Level 2 of Fever Hub Brisbane located at 123 Gotha St, Fortitude Valley, QLD, 4006
Is the experience indoors or outdoors?
This experience takes place in an air-conditioned indoor space.
How long does the experience last?
This experience lasts 60 minutes.
Will food and drinks be available for purchase at the venue?
You will be able to buy a small selection of non-alcoholic drinks at this event; however food won't be able to be purchased at this event. There are a variety of eateries and cafes available in the nearby areas.
Is there parking available?
Street parking may be available in the surrounding area but is subject to availability. We are a short walk away from Fortitude Valley train station, and our location is connected to several bus routes.

About Tickets
Can I purchase a ticket at the event?
Yes, you may purchase tickets at the door. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App available on Google Play and the Apple App Store or on the Fever website.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the "Tickets" section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from Google Play or the Apple App Store. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your event. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. You can also check if this option is available by consulting your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App where, if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Follow the steps indicated in the link to change the date and/or time of the ticket. Refunds are not allowed, except as required under Australian Consumer Law. Can I make a group booking?
For groups of 13 or more people, please send us a group request to help plan your event. For groups of 4 to 12 people, you can conveniently purchase tickets on the Fever app or website.
About Event Accessibility
Do I need to arrive exactly at the start of my scheduled session?
We recommend arriving 15 minutes before the time indicated on your ticket to complete the check-in process. Please note that entry is not allowed once the session has started.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event's location, though we do welcome service animals.
Is the venue accessible?
Unfortunately, this space is not yet wheelchair accessible. We are working to make all of our experiences inclusive. In the meantime, we invite you to explore other accessible options in your city.
Do you offer carer tickets?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Please reach out to us in advance at TBC with proof of needing a carer ticket, and we'll be happy to coordinate the booking and assist with your request.
What items are prohibited at the experience? Can I smoke or vape?
Alcohol, cigarettes, vapes, and anything that might disturb other attendees are prohibited. We reserve the right to deny entry to visitors we deem to be carrying any prohibited items. Outside food and drinks is also forbidden.
Is the experience accessible for people with visual or hearing impairments?
People with hearing impairments will be able to enjoy this experience as it is mostly visual; however, we do not recommend this event for people with visual impairments.
Will there be strobe lights?
There will be no strobe lights. However, the show contains bright, flashing lights that may cause discomfort and/or seizures for people with photosensitive epilepsy.
Are there chairs available? Can I sit down during the experience/exhibition?
This is an experience where players will be standing.
Will there be restrooms available on-site?
Yes, this venue has restrooms; please ask our staff on-site for directions.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them! When taking photos, please ensure you do not disturb other guests. Professional equipment and tripods are not allowed, and photos must be taken without flash.
Where can I inquire about lost and found items?
We recommend asking the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you are unable to ask them on-site, please contact us.
Is there a cloakroom available?
(TBC) This venue has lockers—please ask our staff on site for directions.
Is there an age requirement?
There is no specific age requirement, but guests under 130 cm may have difficulty reaching the game panels. Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult during the game. Children under 16 must have an adult present at the venue, even if the adult is not participating in the activity.
Will there be an audio guide?
Unfortunately, this experience does not include an audio guide.
